    This article definitely makes you rethink posting anything on sites such as Facebook or Myspace!

    Having last held a position in a corporate human resources department, I can tell you that employers will use whatever tools are available to them to screen out unsuitable candidates. From a company's perspective, they don't want to hire an employee whose online reputation could tarnish the company's image.
