For your next post, I would like you to start up a conversation with someone new. No, this is not a pick-up assignment: I want you to talk to someone you might not normally approach. Put down your cell phone and interact with someone you encounter face to face. Try to find out their name, get to know them -- let them get to know you. Use what we've studied about relationship development and non-verbal communication, then write about your experience. As always: write 250 words using proper spelling and grammar.
